YOU KNOW, SO I GUESS, YOU KNOW, BEFORE WE YOU ADOPT THE ANNUAL REPORT, DO WE WANT TO DISCUSS ANYTHING THAT WE HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT AS A BOARD OR WOULD LIKE TO CONSIDER? I KNOW WE HAVEN'T REALLY MADE ANY STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE. I THINK OUR ORDINANCES ARE WELL FORMED. AND, YOU KNOW, WE'RE ABLE TO PROPERLY ADJUDICATE THESE THINGS. SO I GUESS THE ONLY QUESTION I WOULD HAVE IS, ARE WE CONSISTENT WITH REGARD TO DECISION? SO IF IT'S A VERY SIMILAR KIND OF KIND OF PRESENTATION, HAVE WE SAID NO TO ONE AND YES, THE OTHER. BUT I IN MY OPINION WE WE HAVE BEEN RELATIVELY CONSISTENT. BUT ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREAT. ONE OF MY QUESTIONS WAS HOW DID 24 COMPARE TO OTHER YEARS? DO WE SEE ANY TRENDS? I KNOW THAT'S PROBABLY A NEW QUESTION THAT I'M THROWING OUT, BUT WOULD THAT KIND OF INFORMATION BE MORE HELPFUL TO OUR DELIBERATIONS ON THE ZONING BOARD? BECAUSE THEN WE COULD SEE TRENDS, AND THEN THAT MAY IMPACT WHAT WE WANT TO MAKE IN TERMS OF RECOMMENDATIONS. SO. DOES THE STAFF HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW THEY COULD PRESENT MORE? AGGREGATE INFORMATION. AND THAT WOULD HELP US SEE TRENDS? OR HAS THE STAFF OBSERVED TRENDS? YEAH, THAT WOULD BE USEFUL. WHAT I CAN US YEAH. WHAT I CAN DO IS PULL PRIOR REPORTS FROM YEARS PRIOR AND COMPARE THAT CREATE AN ANALYSIS.
