WE ARE APPROVING THE HEALTH OFFICER SALARY. ALL OF THE OTHER DEPARTMENT CHAIR SALARIES WERE PASSED BY RESOLUTION ON THE 2ND OF JANUARY. AND SO THIS IS KIND OF A CORRECTIVE MEASURE. I JUST WANT TO NAME THAT ALL OF THOSE SALARIES AND ARE LISTED IN THE RECORD PUBLIC RECORD FOR THE 2020. SORRY. THE JANUARY 2ND MEETING OF THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE. SO IF YOU HAVE ANY INTEREST IN LOOKING AT THOSE SALARIES OR THOSE SALARY RANGES, YOU CAN DO THAT BY LOOKING AT THAT PUBLIC RECORD. AND THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION FOR THE HEALTH OFFICER AT THAT TIME. SO THAT'S WHY WE WERE PASSING THIS RESOLUTION. SO WHEREAS THE MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH OF THE MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, SOMERSET COUNTY, DESIRES TO SET THE 2024 SALARY OF THE HEALTH OFFICER NOT COVERED UNDER THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH, THAT THE 2024 ANNUAL SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF THE HEALTH OFFICER FOR 2025 IS ESTABLISHED AT $115,000, EFFECTIVE LAST JANUARY 2024. 1ST JANUARY 2024, AND SHALL BE PAID PER THE TOWNSHIP PAYROLL SCHEDULE.
