[V. HEALTH OFFICERS COMMENTS]

HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS HAVING A MEETING WITH THE ADMINISTRATION AND THE MAYOR TO GO OVER AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO DISCUSS 2025 EVENT PLANNING. BUT I JUST WANTED TO LET THE BOARD BOARD KNOW THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL TRY TO ALIGN ANY EXISTING INITIATIVES AND PRIORITIES THAT WE ARE REQUIRED TO DO AS PART OF OUR STRATEGIC PLAN. OUR REGIONAL COMMUNITY, COUNTY COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN, WHICH WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON AND I'LL GIVE YOU MORE UPDATES ABOUT THAT. NJDOE REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND OTHER GRANT, GRANT RELATED DELIVERABLES. SO THAT'S REALLY GOING TO BE OUR FOCUS. SO IF THERE ARE THINGS ESPECIALLY FOR MAYOR'S WELLNESS THAT ALIGN WITH WHAT WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING TO DO, THAT'S WHAT WE'RE GOING TO FOCUS ON. IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER NEW REQUESTS, I'LL I'LL BRING IT UP TO THE BOARD. OKAY. AND SO CURRENTLY WE ARE FINALIZING OUR REGIONAL COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT. IT'S A COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT THAT WE DO IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HEALTHIER SOMERSET. HEALTHIER SOMERSET IS BASICALLY AN UMBRELLA COALITION OF MULTIPLE COALITIONS WHICH INCLUDE VERY LARGE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, NONPROFITS, SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES AND REALLY PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST THAT, JUST CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMUNITY AND WANT TO PARTICIPATE. AND SO I'LL SHARE THE DRAFT OF THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT AT THE NEXT BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING, AND I'LL MAKE SURE YOU GUYS GET IT. WELL IN ADVANCE, BECAUSE IT'S A, I THINK, A 200 OR 300 PAGE DOCUMENT. SO YOU CAN SEE ALL THE DATA IF YOU IF YOU'RE INTERESTED. AND THEN BASED ON THE DATA THAT WE, WE HAVE IN THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT, WE WILL BE WORKING ON A COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN. SO THESE ARE THE PRIORITY AREAS FOR FROM THE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN INCLUDE FOOD INSECURITY AND HEALTHY EATING, CHRONIC DISEASE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT, ACCESS TO CARE, MENTAL HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. SO THE GOAL IS TO HAVE WORK GROUPS FOR EACH OF THESE PRIORITY AREAS AND PEOPLE IN THESE WORK GROUPS WILL IDENTIFY AN OVERARCHING GOAL FOR EACH TOPIC AREA WITH THE DIFFERENT OBJECTIVES SHOULD BE TO MEET THOSE, TO MEET WHATEVER IT IS THAT WE SAID WAS A CONCERN, AND THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT, AND IDENTIFY STRATEGIES ON HOW WE PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THEM. AND MOST OF THE STRATEGIES WILL BE BASED ON AVAILABLE RESOURCES AND CAPACITY OF THE OF THE MEMBERS IN HEALTHIER SOMERSET. SO, FOR EXAMPLE, IF ONE OF THE NEEDS

[00:05:05]

WERE FOOD INSECURITY IS TO IS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF FOOD INSECURE INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY, THEN ANY EXISTING AGENCIES THAT ARE ALREADY DOING WORK IN THAT, UNDER THAT REALM WILL BE THE ONES TO, YOU KNOW, MAYBE SAY, OKAY, I CAN I CAN PROVIDE DATA OR I CAN PROVIDE RESOURCES TO HELP MEET WHATEVER THE THRESHOLDS THAT ARE IDENTIFIED OR MAYBE WE WANT TO REDUCE OR INCREASE THE NUMBER. WELL, THE GOAL IDEALLY IS YOU WANT, YOU KNOW, NOBODY TO BE FOOD INSECURE. BUT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE THAT IS IDENTIFIED TO BE FOOD INSECURE OR TO EVEN BEGIN COLLECTING DATA, WE MIGHT NOT EVEN HAVE BASELINE DATA ON, YOU KNOW, HOW MANY, HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE ON FREE AND REDUCED LUNCHES? HOW MANY FAMILIES ARE IN OUR OR ACCESSING OUR FOOD BANKS AND FOOD PANTRIES IN OUR COMMUNITY? DO THOSE NUMBERS ADD UP? YOU KNOW, ARE THERE MOST OF THE COUNTY RESOURCES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR FOOD REGARDING FOOD ARE FOR PEOPLE THAT THAT MEET CERTAIN FEDERAL CRITERIA, WHEREAS PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE UNDOCUMENTED IN COMMUNITIES THEY DON'T QUALIFY FOR A LOT OF THE COUNTY RESOURCES THAT ARE AVAILABLE. SO MANY OF THE COMMUNITIES THAT ARE STRUGGLING WITH ADDRESSING FOOD INSECURITY NEEDS ARE THOSE THAT ARE WORKING WITH UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE. SO WHO IN WHO IN OUR COUNTY IS PROVIDING RESOURCES ALREADY AND HAS THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE, AND HOW CAN THEY HELP US MEET THOSE GOALS? BECAUSE MANY OF OUR COUNTY PARTNERS ARE NOT ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THAT. SO, YOU KNOW, IT'S GOING OVER YOU KNOW, SOME OF THE CONCERNS THAT PEOPLE HAVE, SOME OF THE BARRIERS THAT WE'RE SEEING IN OUR COMMUNITIES AND TRYING TO COME UP WITH A PLAN COLLECTIVELY ON HOW WE CAN ADDRESS IT. SO IT'S A MULTI-MONTH LONG, MONTHS LONG PROCESS. WE ARE HOPEFULLY 2 OR 3 MEETINGS AWAY FROM FINALIZING THE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN. SO I'LL SHARE THAT WITH YOU AS WELL. SO FIRST I'LL SEND YOU GUYS A COPY OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT. AND THEN I'LL SHARE THE COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN DOCUMEN. AND THE GOAL IS FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO ADOPT SOME OF THE GOALS THAT WE OUTLINED IN THE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN. AND YOU KNOW, WE TYPICALLY DEPENDING ON HOW OUR STRATEGIC PLAN CYCLE ALIGNS, WE TRY TO INCORPORATE SOME OF THE CHIP COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN PRIORITIES INTO OUR STRATEGIC PLAN. OKAY. JUST ONE QUESTION.

SO REGARDING THE CORE GROUP, THERE WILL BE ALL FROM HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR YOU WILL HAVE FROM THE FROM THE GOALS THE MEMBERS OF SUBCOMMITTEES, THE SUBCOMMITTEES. OH THAT'S COOL.

IT'S A IT'S A REGIONAL. SO. OH SORRY. SO THE MY GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THERE'S A HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE AT EACH OF THOSE WORK GROUPS OKAY. SO RIGHT NOW DO THEY HAVEN'T MET YET. WE HAVE OH HASN'T MET OKAY. YES OKAY OKAY OKAY OKAY. SO YES, THE WORK GROUP HAS MET AND I'M ON THE ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE, FOR THE, FOR HEALTHIER SOMERSET. SO WE'VE BEEN MEETING ALL YEAR ABOUT IT.

AND IF YOU KNOW, IF THERE ARE ANY SESSIONS WHERE EITHER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT FOR SOMEBODY FROM MONTGOMERY, SOMEBODY ELSE TO BE THERE, I'LL REACH OUT TO THE BOARD. BUT THOSE ARE DURING THE DAY. AND, YOU KNOW, I CANNOT COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE'S NOT AVAILABLE, BUT IF ANY OF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING, I CAN I CAN SHARE THE PLANNING SESSION MEETINGS WE'VE HAD THREE MEETINGS SO FAR FOR THE COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN, AND WE HAVE THREE MORE MEETINGS LEFT. SO WE'RE HALFWAY THERE. THE DATA THAT'S GOING TO BE, I THINK THAT YOU SAID YOU'RE GOING TO SHARE IS THAT DATA COLLECTED FOR MONTGOMERY RESIDENTS OR IS IT FOR ALL OF SOMERSET? IT'S ALL OF SOMERSET. BUT IT INCLUDES MONTGOMERY. SO THERE'S MUNICIPAL SPECIFIC DATA IN THE ASSESSMENT. AND YOU'LL SO REMIND ME YOU HAVE THREE MORE MEETINGS SO THAT THEIR MONTHLY MEETINGS, WHEN WILL YOU CONCLUDE IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO BE MONTHLY. SOMETIMES THEY'RE THEY'RE EITHER LIKE ONCE A WEEK OR OKAY, IT'S IT DOESN'T HAVE A GOOD. SO DO YOU THINK YOU'LL BE KING. WHEN DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO CONCLUDE THE PLANNING PART? MAYBE EARLY IN NOVEMBER.

OH WELL OKAY. I'M CONFUSED. YES. SORRY. CAN I ASK A CLARIFYING. SO WE'VE ALREADY DONE THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT. YES. OKAY. AND SO THEN FROM THAT NEEDS ASSESSMENT YOU'RE WORKING ON THIS IMPROVEMENT PLAN. YES. RIGHT. OKAY. SO THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT WAS DONE AT SOME POINT THIS YEAR. LAST YEAR OVER THE SUMMER OVER THE SUMMER. AND THEN AND THEN THIS STARTED HAPPENING. AND THEN WHEN THAT GETS DONE THAT'S THE 200 PAGES. THAT'S ALSO GOING TO BE A COUPLE HUNDRED OKAY. BUT THAT'S PART OF THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN. THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT IS ASSESSMENT IS HERE. AND THEN YOU

[00:10:07]

WORK OFF THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT WITH THESE WORKING GROUPS. YES. AND THEN YOU'RE COMING UP WITH A COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN CHIP CHIP CHIP OKAY. GOT IT. AND THAT'S AT THE COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN IS FOR THE SOMERSET COUNTY HEALTHIER SOMERSET FOR SOMERSET COUNTY.

YES. NOT SPECIFICALLY FOR US. AND THEN WE CAN ADAPT TO IT. OKAY. AND THEN WILL THIS BE REASSESSED TO SEE HOW WE'RE DOING AND HOW IF WE'RE IMPROVING AT ALL. SO THE IDEA IS TO DO THAT. BUT BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL SO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCESS EVERY FIVE YEARS, THE HOSPITALS ARE REQUIRED TO DO THIS EVERY THREE YEARS. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS DON'T HAVE FUNDING TO DO THIS AT ALL. SO WE JUST WE JUST KIND OF TIE IN WITH THE HOSPITALS THREE YEAR CYCLE. SO IT'S BEEN VERY DIFFICULT TO DO THAT LEVEL OF ANALYSIS. YET WE'RE JUST FOCUSING ON, OKAY, WHO DO WE HAVE AS MEMBERS AND WHAT WORK CAN WE GET DONE. AND THE REPORTING PART IS ANOTHER BIG PIECE. SO WE'RE SEEING YOU KNOW, WE'RE GOING TO COME UP WITH ALL THESE GOALS. WE'RE GOING TO HAVE AGENCIES, YOU KNOW, KIND OF ADOPT SOME OF THESE. BUT THEN THE REPORTING IS A WHOLE OTHER ISSUE. YOU KNOW, COLLECTING THAT, REPORTING THE DATA, TRACKING IT. AND SO THAT'S BUT WE HAVEN'T REALLY LOOKED AT OKAY. HOW ARE WE IMPROVING. YOU KNOW, THE YEARLY COMPARISONS. WE HAVEN'T REALLY DONE THAT AS WELL. BUT WE HAVE HEALTH RESOURCES IN ACTION. THEY THEY HAVE ALSO CHANGED THE WAY THEY DO THEIR ASSESSMENTS. THEY HAVE INCORPORATED A LOT OF THEIR ACCREDITATION LEVEL STANDARDS THAT ARE REQUIRED IN THAT PROCESS. SO IT'S GETTING BETTER, BUT WE'RE NOT FULLY THERE. OKAY.

SO STAY TUNED FOR CHAN CHIP. AS WE SAY, CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA CHA. WHAT DO YOU THINK? THE OTHER UPDATE IS THAT THE STATE HAS THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. THEY HAVE OFFICIALLY ADOPTED THE NEW CHILDHOOD BLOOD LEAD LEVELS. SO FROM, YOU KNOW, THE BOARD OF HEALTH PERSPECTIVE. SO THE NEW RULES, THEY LOWER THE THRESHOLD AT WHICH WE HAVE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS TAKE ACTION AND RESPOND. SO, YOU KNOW, THE LOCAL FOR THE LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU'RE AWARE THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS ARE PROVIDING WRITTEN GUIDANCE TO PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ON COMMON SOURCES OF LEAD EXPOSURE. HOW TO PREVENT IT WHENEVER A CHILD HAS A CONFIRMED BLOOD LEAD LEVEL OF 3.5 MICROGRAMS PER DECILITER OR HIGHER, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, LABORATORIES AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THESE UPDATED REGULATIONS AND INCORPORATE THEM INTO THEIR DAILY OPERATIONS. SO WE PERIODICALLY DO, YOU KNOW, CHILDHOOD LEAD POISONING PREVENTION, EDUCATION. BUT WE HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE THAT WE HAVEN'T SEEN AS MANY LEAD CASES. SO WHEN WE DO GET A LEAD CASE, IT IS VERY, VERY TIME INTENSIVE. THERE'S THERE ARE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS. THERE'S LEAD NURSE CASE MANAGEMENT, THERE'S HEALTH EDUCATION THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AND, YOU KNOW, THE GOAL IS TO REALLY IDENTIFY THE SOURCE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IF WE ARE ABLE TO. BUT WE DON'T ANTICIPATE, YOU KNOW, GETTING HIT TOO HARD. BUT IT'S VERY HARD TO HARD TO SAY. DO YOU KNOW WHO LEAD PIPES ARE IN TOWN? I DON'T THINK WE DO I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T THINK WE HAVE I THINK WE HAVE, YEAH. BECAUSE IF WE DO, THEN WE ARE REQUIRED TO REPLACE THEM. AND THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT IS AWARE OF THAT AND THOSE REGULATIONS. AND THEY'VE BEEN WORKING WITH AMERICAN WATER. SO IN MONTGOMERY WE'RE GOOD. THE OTHER THING WITH LEAD. SO JUST SO YOU GUYS ARE AWARE, WE THE WAY WE CONTRACT FOR OUR FOR LEAD SERVICES IS THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. THEY HAVE THESE LEAD GRANTS AND THERE ARE CERTAIN AGENCIES THAT CAN PROVIDE THE GRANTS. SO THERE TECHNICALLY ARE HUBS. SO OUR HUB FOR THE LEAD FOR LEAD IS TRENTON. THE TRENTON HEALTH TEAM, THE NURSES THERE. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT RESPOND. IF WE HAVE A CHILD WHO TESTS HIGH FOR LEAD. AND SO WE HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM TO GET THEM TO DO NURSE CASE MANAGEMENT. NOW TRENTON NURSE TRENTON HEALTH TEAM, THEY HAD THIS PHENOMENAL NURSE. SHE JUST RETIRED. SO THEY HAVE NEW STAFF. SO WE'RE IN A RELATIONSHIP BUILDING PHASE WITH THEM. AND THEY ALSO HAVE A NEW HEALTH OFFICER WHO HASN'T OVERSEEN A LEAD PROGRAM BEFORE WHO'S KIND OF JUST GETTING ACCLIMATED AND LEARNING THE ROPES. SO WE'RE HOPING TO, YOU KNOW, TO JUST TO MEET WITH THEM

[00:15:02]

AND TO IDENTIFY WHO THE KEY PLAYERS ARE, WHO THE CONTACTS ARE. SO WE KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN WE'RE IN THAT SITUATION. SO TRENTON HANDLES OUR LEAD NURSE CASE MANAGEMENT. AND THEN THEN THERE'S THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND INSPECTION PIECE INVESTIGATION PIECE. SO IN SOMERSET COUNTY, WHAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS DECIDED, THE HEALTH OFFICERS MADE SURE THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST ONE HEALTH INSPECTOR IN EACH DEPARTMENT THAT WAS TRAINED IN LEAD INVESTIGATION. SO FOR US IT'S KRISTEN. SHE HAS THAT CERTIFICATION. AND SO SHE WOULD BE THE ONE THAT WOULD BE GOING OUT TO DO THE LEAD. THE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION.

THIS IS REALLY LIKE YOU'RE YOU HAVE THE BLOOD ANALYZER AND YOU'RE REALLY SCANNING EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE HOUSE. IF THERE'S SPICES, POWDERS, YOU HAVE TO PACKAGE THEM AND SEND THEM TO THE LAB FOR FURTHER TESTING. SO IT'S VERY, VERY INTENSE INVESTIGATION. YOU HAVE THE LEAD TESTER HERE. DO WE. YEAH. WE HAD THE WE HAD THE LEAD ANALYZER AT THE COMMUNITY SAFETY DAY HERE. YEAH. YEAH. SO PEOPLE COULD TEST, YOU KNOW, ANY ANY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS THEIR TOYS. OH YEAH. THAT DOES BRACELETS. YEAH. JEWELRY. JEWELRY. YEAH. SO THEY HAVE TOYS. YEAH. IT WAS THOMAS.

THOMAS THE TRAIN THERE. YOU CAN BUY THAT. YOU CAN BUY LEAD TESTERS LIKE STRIPS ON AMAZON.

DO YOU KNOW HOW EFFECTIVE THEY ARE? I DON'T KNOW HOW EFFECTIVE THEY ARE BUT WE USED IT FOR IT.

NO OKAY. I'VE HAD PATIENTS WHO'VE USED IT AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD ELEVATED LEVELS AND THEY FOUND IT IN, YOU KNOW, LIKE IMPORTED SPICES. I THINK THEY HAVE THEM AT LOWE'S TOO, FOR LIKE LEAD BASED PAINT TO TEST MY MAKEUP. YEAH. ASIAN MAKEUP, EYELINER. I HAD A CASE IN RESIDENCY AND WAS NEEDED CHELATION. OH, GOD. AND THE ABSORPTION WAS FROM EYELINER.

WOW. THAT'S HOW IT WAS FOUND. YEAH, WE HAD A LOCAL INDIAN INFANT WAS USING VERMILLION.

YEAH, VERMILLION WAS GETTING IT FROM A LOCAL SPICE STORE. AND THEY LAMINATED. YEAH. POWDERS.

YEAH. I'M NOT I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE ONLINE TEST STRIPS. I CAN DEFINITELY FIND OUT. BUT I KNOW FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS THERE ARE STANDARDS FOR WHICH KINDS OF TESTING STRIPS WE CAN USE. SO, YOU KNOW, THE INSPECTORS WOULD HAVE TO USE ONLY WHAT'S THE GOLD STANDARD FOR THEM. BUT THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE'S SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR FOLKS.

YEAH. INTERESTING INTERESTING. SO JO IS LOOKING LIKE THEY'RE THEY'RE CHEAP AND THAT'S WHY THE DAD DID HIS OWN INVESTIGATION LIKE PRETTY QUICKLY. HE'S LIKE TESTED EVERYTHING. AND HE WAS LIKE OH LOOK IT'S HERE IN SOME PLACE HE HADN'T FOUND IT. IT JUST IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW IF IT'S A RESOURCE THAT'S WORTHWHILE TO RECOMMEND TO FAMILIES AS AN ADJUNCT. YEAH. IS IT RIGHT? YEAH. I CAN DEFINITELY ASK. AND YOU KNOW, I KNOW FROM THE LEAD COALITION MEETINGS THAT WE ATTEND, THEY'RE OFTEN DISCUSSING SOME OF THE SOURCES OF LEAD. SOME OF THEM ARE IN SPICES. SOME OF THE SPICES ARE BROUGHT BY RESIDENTS FROM LIKE INDIA, FOR EXAMPLE, WHICH IS A COMMON, YOU KNOW, SOURCE. THE OTHER IS EVEN WHEN YOU GO TO TEMPLES, LIKE THEY HAVE THESE DIFFERENT POWDERS, YOU KNOW, FOR BLESSINGS, THEY CONTAIN HIGH AMOUNTS OF LEAD, SOME OF THE WELDING AND SOME OF THE APPLIANCES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. TOYS, JEWELRY, REPORTS ON WHAT OUR CONSTITUENTS WHEN THERE'S ELEVATED LEAD LEVELS WHERE THEY'RE GETTING IT EXPOSED IN MONTGOMERY. SO WE HAVE WE'VE BEEN FORTUNATE THAT WE HAVEN'T HAD THAT. I REMEMBER PRE-COVID THERE WAS ONE CASE THAT WE WERE INVESTIGATING AND WE JUST COULDN'T WE COULDN'T IDENTIFY THE SOURCE, THE SOURCE. IT WAS IT WILL GO A YEAR LIKE, NO CASES. ZERO. YEAH. OH GREAT. BUT I DON'T WANT TO JINX IT. AND ESPECIALLY WITH THEM LOWERING THE THRESHOLD. YOU KNOW WE RIGHT NOW. YES. YEAH. YEAH I DO LOVE LOVE LOVE. YEAH. OR SOMETIMES YOU KNOW THE SOURCE MIGHT BE IDENTIFIED BY ANOTHER HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEN THE RESIDENT MOVES HERE AND THEN IT GETS TRANSFERRED TO US. SO WE HAVE TO DO FOLLOW UP. BUT WE HAVEN'T YOU KNOW, WE HAVEN'T HAD. SO AT WHAT AGE DO YOU STOP SCREENING FOR LEAD? I MEAN I THINK THERE'S A THERE'S UNTIL AGE FIVE. I MEAN IF, IF THEY'VE NEVER HAD IT, WE DO CHECK BUT IT'S USUALLY 12 MONTHS. AND 24 MONTHS IS THE STANDARD GOLD STANDARD OKAY. YOU HAVE TO BE CHECKED TWICE. YEAH. AND I THINK THE STATE COLLECTS DATA ON, ON HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE THE PERCENTAGE OF CHILDREN THAT ARE TESTED ARE SCREENED.

YEAH I DON'T KNOW. THERE'S NEW JERSEY. YEAH. FAMILY CARE NEW JERSEY I MEAN YOU'RE REQUIRED TO GET THEM TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY'VE AT LEAST HAD ONE. SO THANK YOU. SO THAT'S A BLOOD LEAD LEVEL UPDATE. WE'RE PARTICIPATING IN A EDUCATIONAL EVENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S PEDESTRIAN SAFETY INITIATIVE. SO OUR HEALTH EDUCATOR WILL BE TABLING BY PLAYA BOWLS WITH POLICE AND PROVIDING EDUCATION AND RESOURCES. AND JUST REMINDING PEOPLE ON JUST BASIC PEDESTRIAN SAFETY TOPICS, CROSSWALK USER CROSSWALKS. SO THAT'S COMING UP,

[00:20:06]

I THINK I THINK IT'S EITHER OCTOBER 14TH OR 16TH. IT'S ONE OF THE TWO DATES. ARE THERE MORE PEOPLE CROSSING UP THERE IN THAT REGION BY THAT LAW? NO. I WAS WONDERING WHY IS THAT VIABLE? YEAH. SO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IDENTIFIED KEY AREAS IN TOWN THAT NEED OUTREACH AND EDUCATION, AND THAT WAS ONE OF. YEAH, HAVE STAFFING UPDATES. WE HAVE A PUBLIC HEALTH PLANNER. HER NAME IS EMILY. THAT'S. I'M EXCITED. GREAT. YEA. DID SHE START ALREADY OR SHE HASN'T STARTED ALREADY? I'M HOPING SHE'S SHE'S STARTING THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 21ST. SHE COMES FROM NACHO. SO WE'RE VERY FORTUNATE. WHAT FROM THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY AND CITY HEALTH OFFICIALS. AND SHE'S DONE SHE'S DONE A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF WORK AND PREPAREDNESS. SO IT'S JUST YEAH THAT'S GREAT. IT'S THE STARS ARE ALIGNING HERE. SO I'LL I'LL BE SURE TO HAVE HER COME AND INTRODUCE HERSELF AND MEET THAT. YOU GUYS CAN HAVE A CHANCE TO MEET WITH HER AND ASK HER ANY QUESTIONS. SO CONGRATULATIONS. THANK YOU. YEAH. THANK YOU.

JASON, WE GOT ONE. YEAH. IT'S BEEN LIKE A BIG DEAL. I'M JUST SAYING IT IS BECAUSE IF YOU KNEW HOW MUCH IT TOOK US TO GET TO BE ABLE TO HIRE, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY WE'RE VERY EXCITED. YEAH. SO WE'RE VERY EXCITED. AND THEN THE SOMERSET COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, THEY HAVE THEY HAVE A POSTING OUT FOR TWO COMMUNITY NAVIGATORS. OR THEY MIGHT ALSO BE CALLED FOOD INSECURITY NAVIGATORS. AND THE GOAL OF THESE NAVIGATORS, THEIR POSITION IS REALLY TO ACCORDING TO THE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, IS TO PROVIDE WRAPAROUND SERVICES, WHICH SOUNDS LIKE WARM HANDOFFS TO SOCIAL SERVICES, SOME CASE MANAGEMENT AND THEY WILL BE STATIONED PRIMARILY AT THE VARIOUS FOOD BANKS AROUND THE COUNTY. NOW MONTGOMERY, WE DON'T HAVE OUR OWN FOOD BANK, SO I'M GOING TO TRY TO ADVOCATE FOR THEM TO AT LEAST MAKE IT TO EITHER A FOOD PANTRY OR WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THE PLOT ON CONKLIN? YEAH, RIGHT. WHAT IS THAT? OKAY, SO IT IS SO THE SENIORS THEY HAVE THAT IS A FOOD PANTRY. YES. BUT IT'S NOT. BUT IT'S RUN BY SOMERSET COUNTY I THINK. RIGHT. SO YEAH. CORRECT.

BUT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THOSE SERVICES. YOU HAVE TO PROVE ELIGIBILITY FOR THAT ONE. YES. YES. THE OTHER ONE. THE ELSE ONE. YOU DON'T. THEY DON'T.

CORRECT. CORRECT. OKAY. THAT'S RIGHT. YEAH. AND THEN THERE'S BEEN SOME WHY WHY AREN'T THEY ELIGIBLE HERE. YES I THINK MANY TIMES IT'S MOSTLY FROM MY, FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD IS AND ANECDOTALLY IS UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE DON'T QUALIFY FOR THE COUNTY FOOD RESOURCES, BUT THE ONE IN THE SENIOR CENTER IS OUR FOOD BANK. OUR I THINK WE'RE THE TOWN CONTROLS THAT, NOT THE COUNTY. SO I BELIEVE WE'RE ABLE TO SUPPORT NO I CAN ASK YEAH I CAN ASK I THINK JOHN GROVER I THINK YOU CAN ASK DENISE. YEAH. DENISE. DENISE WOULD KNOW. YEAH. SO THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE WANT TO ADDRESS. AND WE WANT TO REDUCE BARRIERS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. BUT STAY TUNED. I'M GOING TO HAVE OUR PUBLIC HEALTH PLANNER HELP US. AND THEN WE HAVE AUDREY, WHO'S OUR INTERN VOLUNTEER INTERN RIGHT NOW WHO'S GOING TO BE WORKING, WHO'S BEGINNING TO WORK ON A FOOD INSECURITY INVENTORY PROJECT FOR US SO WE CAN COLLECT MORE INFORMATION AND DATA AND TRY TO KIND OF BRIDGE THE GAPS AND COME UP WITH A PLAN ON, OKAY, HOW DO WE HOW DO WE MOVE FORWARD, WHAT RESOURCES DO WE NEED? IT'S JUST NICE TO KNOW THAT THE COUNTY IS ALSO THINKING ALONG SIMILAR LINES. SO YOU KNOW, ONCE WE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN TOWN AND WHAT OUR NEEDS ARE, THEN IT'LL BE EASIER FOR US TO GO TO THEM AND SAY, OKAY, THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP. IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN JOIN FORCES AND MAYBE GET SOME RESOURCES FROM THEM AS WELL? AND IT DEFINITELY A LOT OF SENIORS ALSO HAVE, YOU KNOW, THEY'RE ON FIXED INCOME. SO REACHING OUT TO THEM I THINK IS ALSO IMPORTANT. YES. YEAH. YEAH. SO IT'S THE SOMERSET COUNTY UPDATE. AND THEN THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, THEY ARE GOING TO BE THEY'RE EXPANDING THEIR FAMILY CONNECTS NEW JERSEY INITIATIVE. THIS IS AN INITIATIVE THAT STARTED OUT LED BY FIRST LADY TAMMY MURPHY. AND SO THEY'RE GOING TO BE EXPANDING THIS INITIATIVE TO SOMERSET COUNTY.

THEY SAID JANUARY OF 2025. SO WE JUST LEARNED ABOUT THIS A FEW DAYS AGO. BUT WE'RE EXCITED BECAUSE THIS WILL INVOLVE HOME NURSES, NURSES, HOME VISITS, HOME VISITING HOME, VISITING NURSES. WHO WHO WILL WHO CAN VISIT BIRTHPARENTS. ADOPTIVE PARENTS, KINSHIP FAMILIES AND

[00:25:09]

FAMILIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED STILLBIRTH OR NEONATAL LOSS WITHIN TWO WEEKS POSTPARTUM.

THIS THIS SERVICE INITIATIVE IS FREE. IT'S VOLUNTARY. IT'S AVAILABLE REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE OR IMMIGRATION STATUS. AND WILL PROVIDE TRANSLATION SERVICES AS WELL. SO WE ARE EXCITED WE'RE WE'RE GOING TO WAIT TO HEAR MORE FROM THE STATE ON THIS. BUT IT'S PRIMARILY RUN FROM DCF, SO IT'S NOT REALLY NJDOE OR HUMAN SERVICES. AND WE'RE ALSO INTERESTED TO SEE HOW THEY'RE GOING TO BE SET UP IN THE COUNTY, BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PROGRAMING AND CONNECTING PARENTS TO THEM. SO ONCE THEY ARE, ONCE THEY'RE ESTABLISHED AND WE HAVE A CONTACT, I WILL NEED YOUR HELP AND YOUR HELP IN SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THE INITIATIVE. HAVE YOU REACHED OUT TO THE PEDIATRICIANS IN TOWN ALREADY? I MEAN, YOU KNOW, WE HAVEN'T DONE ANY OUTREACH YET, SO I'LL CALL BURT AND BURT AND THEY'VE BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY ALREADY. THEY'VE BEEN COMING. SO THEY STARTED IN MERCER COUNTY. YEAH. LIKE THAT. AND SO THEY'VE COME TO MY DEPARTMENT MEETING AND THEY'VE PROMOTED THIS AND THEY, THEY WANT A LOT OF LIKE FACE TIME AND AGENDAS. AND WE'RE LIKE, WE GET IT. YOU COULD JUST TELL US WHAT YOU'RE DOING. LIKE WE DON'T NEED TO HAVE LIKE, YOU KNOW, THEY WANT A MEETING FOR THIS, BUT SO FAR SO WEIGHT CHECKS AND LIKE THEY GO THEY'LL GO DO I THINK THEY'LL THEY'LL GO DO A WEIGHT CHECK EATING CHECK ON FEEDING. AND YEAH THAT'S GOOD I THINK FOR SOME PEOPLE IT'LL BE GREAT FOR SOME PEOPLE TO BE OKAY. BUT IT'S A GREAT SERVICE TO BE ABLE TO OFFER. THAT'S GREAT FOR EVERYONE. YEAH. THIS IS A GOOD ACCESS TO MATERNAL HEALTH. VERY IMPORTANT. OKAY. AND THEN LASTLY ANIMAL CONTROL UPDATE I WILL BE PROVIDING AN. AWAITING DOCTOR ANIMAL CONTROL I'LL BE PROVIDING AN ANIMAL CONTROL UPDATE TO THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE TOMORROW. THEY JUST WANTED TO KNOW YOU KNOW, SINCE SINCE WE SWITCHED OVER TO A CONTRACTED SERVICE, HOW THINGS HAVE BEEN GOING AND THE CONTRACT IS UP, I THINK AT THE END OF THE YEAR, I'M NOT SURE OF THE SPECIFIC END DATE FOR IT. IT'S EITHER END OF THIS YEAR OR BEGINNING OF NEXT YEAR. I USE IT SOME OF IT, YEAH. OKAY. YEAH, YEAH. THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT NEED TO BE UPDATED. THERE ARE SOME SOME OF OUR TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES THAT NEED TO BE UPDATED. THEY'RE NOT BOARD OF HEALTH ORDINANCES. SO WE'LL HAVE TO WORK WITH ADMINISTRATION AND THE CLERK'S OFFICE ON THAT JUST TO MAKE RESPONSES RESPONDING EASIER, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE DEALING WITH ANIMALS THAT ARE NOT DOGS AND CATS, BUT OTHERS, OTHER TYPES OF ANIMALS. I WAS NOT HERE LAST TIME I WAS ON. I WAS ON VACATION AND I GOT TEXTS FROM MY NEIGHBORS THAT ANIMAL CONTROL IS GOING DOOR TO DOOR TO TRY AND FIND THE CAT THAT SOMEONE HAD REPORTED WAS HURT. REALLY? SO YEAH, I DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE GOOD RESPONSES SO THAT THEY WERE DOING THAT WAS SURPRISING. I HAD A NOTE ON MY DOOR LIKE CALL US. SO YEAH, INTERESTING. YEAH, IT WAS INTERESTING. AND ONE OF THEIR ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS WILL BE THERE TOMORROW TOO. SO ARE THERE ANY OTHER RESPONSE RELATED QUESTIONS? THEY'LL BE ABLE TO ANSWER IT. THE TOWNSHIP TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE. WHAT'S THAT? 777. OF COURSE, MAYBE THEY DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH CONTACT. AND, YOU KNOW, JUST TO THE BOARD, WE YOU KNOW, WE DON'T HAVE ANY ANY OPTIONS SINCE, YOU KNOW, SINCE LOSING OUR OWN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER, THE OVERALL THE PROCESS HAS BEEN VERY FRAGMENTED. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS HAD TO TAKE ON, YOU KNOW, SOME OF THAT HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS HAD TO TAKE ON SOME OF THAT. YOU KNOW, THE CLERK'S IS HELPING WITH DOING THE LICENSING. SO EVERYTHING'S BECOME FRAGMENTED, WHICH IS, YOU KNOW, NOT IDEAL. SO YES, IT'S NOT IDEAL, BUT YOU KNOW, WHO'S TAKING CARE OF WILDLIFE? WILDLIFE. YEAH. LIKE DEATH. LIKE FOR LIKE MY MOM. IS THERE ANY FISH IN FISH AND WILDLIFE? THE FISH AND GAME. WHAT, YOU MEAN LIKE AN INJURED DEER OR INJURED OR IF IT'S INJURED? ANIMAL CONTROL SOLUTIONS CAN CAN TAKE AS OPPOSED TO WILDLIFE VERSUS MERCER WILDLIFE. OKAY. THAT'S FINE. THAT'S UP TO THE EDGE. THE ANIMAL CONTROL. YEAH. IF ANY ANIMAL IS SICK OR INJURED, THEN THEY CAN DEFINITELY RESPOND. SO REMIND US WHAT IS THE PROTOCOL. SO IF YOU CALL IN A SICK OR INJURED OR SOMETHING DID I SEE THIS ON A LARGE ANIMAL? YEAH. ALL THESE PEOPLE LIKE IF IT'S A,

[00:30:01]

IF IT'S A FOX, FOR EXAMPLE, IF IT'S INJURED, YOU CALL AN ANIMAL CONTROL SOLUTIONS AND THEY WILL THEY WILL RESPOND. THEY'LL TAKE IT TO THE WILDLIFE CENTER, OKAY. OR THEY'LL FOLLOW WHATEVER PROCEDURES THEY HAVE FOR DEALING WITH THAT. AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT KNOW AS WELL. SO IT'S USUALLY PUBLIC WORKS. I THINK. RIGHT. YEAH. NO, IT'S NO, WE HAVE A DEAD DEER REMOVAL COMPANY. SO THE CALLS COME IN TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. AND WHAT A JOB THAT'S SO SAD. YEAH. IT NEVER OCCURRED TO ME TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, RIGHT? LIKE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO. I MEAN, MAYBE THAT HAS BEEN THE. THAT ALSO HAS BEEN CONFUSING FOR RESIDENTS BECAUSE BEFORE ANYTHING ANIMAL RELATED, EVERYBODY JUST CALLED ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER. NOW THERE ARE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS BASED ON WHAT WHAT'S GOING ON THAT'S GIVING A FLIER PUT OUT OTHER LOCAL COMMISSIONERS. OH MY GOSH, WE DID THAT LAST YEAR. YEAH, YEAH. AND OUR BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT UP DEAD DEER OR DEAD DEER REMOVALS. THE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN GOING UP EVERY YEAR. NO IT DROPPED AFTER HURRICANE IDA BUT THEN IT'S BEEN CREEPING BACK UP. SO YES. DO YOU HAVE ANY OF THOS.

LIKE DOZENS, HUNDREDS I CAN I CAN TELL YOU, I DON'T KNOW, OFF THE TOP. NO, NOT THOUSANDS. IT'S HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS. IT'S LOVELY THAT EVERYBODY CALLS. THEY ALL GET REMOVED. CORRECT.

YEAH. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT NUMBER. NO THAT'S FINE. I DON'T KNOW THAT THAT WAS THE LAST THING. WE'LL FOLLOW UP WITH THAT. WHAT? OH, WE HAD A BLOOD DRIVE. YEAH. OH, YES. SEPTEMBER 29TH. WE HAD 61, 61 DONORS. DENNIS DONATED AS WELL. YES. THANK YOU. AND YOU KNOW, THE AMERICAN RED CROSS WERE VERY IMPRESSED. AND THEY WANT TO COME BACK. AND THEY'RE ALREADY SCHEDULING A DATE WITH US FOR JUNE. SO JOCELYN REALLY HELPED WITH THAT EFFORT. THAT'S GREAT GETTING EVERYBODY AND GETTING THE WORD OUT. SO THAT'S GREAT. AND YOU HAD A FLU CLINIC MUCH NEEDED. YES. AND WE HAD WE HAVE HAD TWO FLU CLINICS ALREADY. WE HAVE ONE TOMORROW DURING TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE. SO WE'LL MAKE SURE EVERYBODY GETS THEIR FLU SHOTS AND YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO MEET OUR PUBLIC HEALTH NURSES AS WELL. DURING DURING DURING. YEAH, WE'LL BE LIKE 530 TO 730. SO YOU'RE COMING RIGHT BEHIND HERE. OH, REALLY? YEAH. JUST FOR THE RECORD, IF ANYBODY IS LISTENING, CAN YOU SAY MORE? SO HOW MANY FLU CLINICS WILL YOU HAVE IN TOTAL AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS. SO I THINK WE HAVE ABOUT A DOZEN FLU CLINICS SCHEDULED AND THE CLINIC, THE FLU VACCINE IS FREE FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNINSURED. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE, BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARD. WE ARE PARTNERING WITH PHARMACIES TO TAKE CARE OF THE INSURED RESIDENTS, AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF UNINSURED RESIDENTS. SO THIS IS A NEW MODEL THAT WE'RE TRYING OUT, AND I WILL I WILL LET YOU GUYS KNOW HOW THAT WORKS OUT, BECAUSE THE FLU VACCINE PRICES HAVE SKYROCKETED AND FASTER THAN OUR BUDGET. YEAH, EXACTLY. OKAY. OKAY. HOW ARE YOU DOING? I DON'T KNOW. OH, YEAH. GO AHEAD. SO I JUST WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE SOMERSET COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES.

THEY HAVE A AN EDUCATIONAL EVENT TO ADDRESS SUBSTANCE USE FROM VAPING TO CANNABIS AND OPIOIDS.

THEY'RE CALLING IT THE CANNABIS HIDDEN LINK. AND IT'S WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23RD AT THE AT THE HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING, 27 WARREN STREET, IN THEIR CONFERENCE ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. AND IT'S AN ALL DAY IT'S AN ALL DAY PROGRAM. IT'S THERE ARE TWO SESSIONS, NINE TO NOON AND THEN 2 P.M. TO 5 P.M. IN CASE PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED. AND WE WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS ON OUR WEBSITE. AND WE'LL WE'LL BE SHARING THIS OUT AT MUNICIPAL ALLIANCE NEXT WEEK. THAT'S IT. AND THERE IS MONTGOMERY MUNICIPAL ALLIANCE DOING ANYTHING SIMILAR? NO, BECAUSE THAT'S SOMERSET COUNTY, RIGHT? YEAH. NOT NOT RIGHT NOW. OKAY. BUT AS OF NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER PIECE FOR THIS ONE. OH THAT ONE'S SO RED RIBBON WEEK WE FOR RED RIBBON WEEK. THAT'S THE LAST WEEK IN OCTOBER. BE SHARING THIS OUT IN THE BULLETIN LEADING UP TO THIS WEEK. [VI. New Business]

NEW BUSINESS. I'LL JUST GO THROUGH THE ROLL CALL ANY NEW BUSINESS FROM COUNCIL COMMITTEE.

NO ACTUALLY HOW ABOUT SCHOOL GROUP. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD COMMENT ON IS SO FROM AN INFECTION PERSPECTIVE, I THINK EVERYTHING'S BEEN FINE. KERRY DID POINT OUT TO ME TODAY THAT THERE WAS A MEMO THAT WAS PUT OUT, AND I WAS TEXTING WITH THE PRINCIPAL TO GET A LITTLE BACKGROUND. APPARENTLY THERE WAS A PARENT WHO CREATED A RUMOR ABOUT A MARGINALIZED STUDENT ON THE. SO THERE WAS A QUEER STUDENT WHO WAS NEW TO THE SCHOOL AND OUTED BY A PARENT.

AND A RUMOR WAS CREATED ABOUT THIS STUDENT BY THIS PARENT. POLICE GOT INVOLVED. AND SO THAT WAS WHAT THE MEMO WAS PUT OUT, SAYING THAT WE AS A COMMUNITY WON'T TOLERATE THAT. SO WHETHER OR NOT WE AS THE BOARD OF HEALTH, I DON'T THINK, YOU KNOW, WHETHER WE WANT TO UNIFY AS A STATEMENT, TO SAY WE ALSO ARE AN INCLUSIVE BODY SUPPORTING EVERYONE AND SUPPORT ZERO TOLERANCE OF BULLYING BY ANYONE TO ANY RACE, ETHNICITY, ANYONE ON THE LGBTQ SPECTRUM, ESPECIALLY BY A PARENT. WILL THERE BE REPERCUSSIONS FOR THIS PARENT? EXACTLY. I THINK WILL THERE BE REPERCUSSIONS? AND THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT WAS, THAT'S BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THIS PARENT RIGHT NOW. SO WE FIND PARENTS IN THE SHOP. YEAH, YEAH. SO I DON'T KNOW ANY MORE, BUT I JUST THAT WAS THANK YOU. YEAH. THANK YOU I APPRECIATE THAT OKAY. EMS NO ABOUT. ANYTHING GOING ON AT MY HOUSE. THEY HAVEN'T POPPED UP AROUND MY HOUSE. OKAY. HOW ABOUT YOU DO ANYTHING FOR ME? VERY GOOD. THANK YOU. OKAY. I THINK WE'RE DONE. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANYTHING? NO, NOTHING FROM THE HIGH SCHOO. JUST THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO STEAL YOUR THUNDER. YOU COULD HAVE PRESENTED THAT. YEAH. NO OTHER CONCERNS. OKAY, WELL, I DO HAVE SOMETHING ACTUALLY, FROM. FROM SID AT THE EMS. SO SID HAS SAID THAT THE MONTGOMERY EMS GOT AN AWARD FROM FROM NEW JERSEY FOR THE EMS COUNCIL. SO CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR EMS FOR, FOR AN AMAZING JOB AND VERY WELL WORTH IT. AND YOU KNOW GLAD THAT WE HAVE THIS AMAZING EMS THAT YOU KNOW, THAT SERVE OUR COMMUNITY. THANK YOU. HERE'S YOUR CHANCE. NOTHING I SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE AWARD? NO, I'M GOING TO WAIT TILL AFTER THE OFFICIAL RELEASE. OKAY. THAT'S FINE. I THINK THAT'S ON THE 19TH IS THE END. I JUST ALWAYS WANT TO REMIND AND PUT ON THE ORDER. BUT. YEAH. YEAH, I JUST WANT TO ALWAYS REMIND FOR THE RECORD, THAT OUR MONTGOMERY EMS SERVICE IS A FULLY VOLUNTEER SERVICE, ALL RUN, ALL ON DONATIONS, RUN UNBELIEVABLY WELL. AND WE ARE VERY, VERY, VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE THEM IN OUR COMMUNITY. AND THEY'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS. HEY, MARSHA. AND SO ANYBODY STOP BY THE SQUAD IF THEY'RE INTERESTED, OKAY. HAVING NO FURTHER BUSINESS TO DISCUSS THE MEETING WILL NOW ADJOURN AT 8:11 P.M. MOTION TO ADJOURN MAY. OKAY. SECONDED BY. SECOND. OKAY.

DOCTOR. PROPERTY. THANK YOU. GUYS, WE ARE ADJOURNED. THANK YOU
