APPLICATION Case PB-04-19 Applicant: Montgomery Township Block 25001 Lots 3 and 7 Submission waiver and minor subdivision with bulk variances to adjust the common lot line between Lots 3 and 7. Lot 3 has an existing residential dwelling and remains of a block building that encroach on Lot 7. The adjustment of the lot line will eliminate the encroachment.
